Screwdriver Bundt Cake

NOTE: She said she added a little more juice and vodka

IDEA: use other juices and even flavored vodkas.

Ingredients

• 1 (18.25oz) pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 (3.5oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup vodka 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup confectioner's sugar
• 3 Tbsp orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, 3/4 cup orange juice, vodka, oil and egg. Beat until smooth, and pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto wire rack. Glaze with orange glaze.

Orange Glaze: In a medium bowl, mix confectioner's sugar wth 3 Tbsp orange juice.
