Ingredients

  • 2 ounces citric acid
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 5 quarts cold water
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 2 ounces citric acid in 2 quarts boiling water in an enamel or non-metal container. Must be prepared 24 hours in advance. Dissolve 5 cups sugar in 1 quart hot water on serving day. Add other 4 quarts cold water. When ready to serve combine the two above mixtures and juices. Serve well iced in punch bowl. Serves 75 inexpensively.
