White Seafood Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 61/2-oz cans minced clams, drained, save juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp crushed oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp dehydrated parsley
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 c flour
- 3 c milk
- 1 c half-and-half

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is limp but not dark.
Add mushrooms, oregano, parsley, margarine, flour, pepper, and salt.
Meanwhile, heat half-and-half, milk, and clam juice.
Slowly add to flour mixture in skillet; stir and heat until thickened.
Add clams and heat over low heat.
