Ingredients
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cub confectioner's sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 tbs hot water
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate. Blend in confectioner's sugar, salt, and hot water. Add yolk; beat well. Add butter (one tbsp at a time) and beat thoroughly. Stire in vanilla.
