Brussel Sprouts - Roasted

  • 1 Stalk Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 to 1 maple syrup to olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Cling wrap



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Trim stalk of any leaves, unsightly parts. Rinse well in fresh water.
Wrap in cling wrap and heat in microwave for 4 - 5 min. Whisk maple syrup and olive oil together. Place stalk in roasting pan and baste with mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast for about 45 min. until sprouts are tender. Remove from stalk and serve.

OR - remove sprouts from stalk, steam or microwave until tender, brown in pan with oil until browned.
