Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1 c crushed pretzels (not too fine)
• 1 c crushed Rice Crispies (not too fine)
• 3/4 c melted butter
• 1/2 c powdered sugar
• 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 9-oz carton whipped topping
• 2 3-oz pkg strawberry jello
• 1 10-oz pkg frozen strawberries (with juice)
• 2 c boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients and put into 9 x 13.

Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool.

Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.

Fold in whipped topping.

Chill.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add frozen berries.

Chill until partially set.

Pour over cheese layer and refrigerate until firm.
