Butter Cookies

These can be rolled and cut out

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup confectioners Sugar
• 1 cup unsalted Butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 large Eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Egg Wash for top of cookies if sanding

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350F

In mixer whip butter
Add Vanilla then icing sugar
Add Eggs 1 at a time until incorporated
In seperate bowl combine Flour & salt then add to wet mixture
Form dough into disc and refrigerate for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before rolling out

Bake 15-20 minutes if large cookies and 8 minutes for small
