Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, combine the flour and the sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly and press into a greased 13x9" baking pan.
2. Bake at 350F for 14-16 mins or until lightly browned.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and the salt until smooth. Fold in the coconut and the chocolate chips. Pour over the crust
Bake for 15-20 mins longer or until golden. Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.
