Ingredients
- 1 qt. sliced summer squash, cooked & drained
- 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 stick butter or less
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix melted butter with herb stuffing mix. Pour 1/2 into baking dish. Mix other ingredients and add to casserole. Cover with remaining herb stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
