Buttermilk Pineapple Salad

  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 6-oz pkg orange jello
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 1 8-oz tub whipped topping
  • Nuts (optional)



Step 1

Combine pineapple and sugar in sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring while heating.

Add jello and stir to dissolve.

Cool and add buttermilk, stirring until blended.

Fold in cool whip and nuts.

Pour into a pan or bowl. Sets quickly!
