Ingredients
- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 c celery, diced
- 1 c green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c pimiento, diced
- 1 c onion, chopped
- 1/3 c water
- 2/3 c vinegar
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 c sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first five ingredients and mix well.
Heat water, vinegar, oil and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over kraut mixture and mix well.
Chill and serve.
