Ingredients
- 1 lb ground veal or pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 Breton or Vivant crackers
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cretons spice
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove (opitonal)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients and cook in microwave at high for 7 minutes (cover dish with Saran-wrap with small opening).
Mix thoroughly and cook another 3 minutes uncovered. Mix well and cook 10 minutes, covered. Cooking time may vary according to microwave oven.
