- 1 pkg yellow cake mix (lemon)
- Ingredients to make cake
- 15 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple, don't drain
- 1 6-oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 2 1/2 c milk
- 4 oz cool whip
Bake cake in 9 x 13 pan.
Take from oven and poke holes with a fork all over top while still hot.
Pour pineapple over cake while still hot and set aside to cool
Make pudding with milk and fold in cool whip.
Spread on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
