- 1 pkg (4 servings) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 envelop dream whip
- 1 4 serving instant pistachio pudding
Preparation
Step 1
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350. Cool for 15 minuites and remove to racks
Frosting:
beath slowley to blend. Increase to high and whip until forms soft peaks (4-6 minutes). Spread over cooled cake.
