Ingredients
- 1 lb. Beef Sirloin Tips, cubed
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) Cans Whole Potatoes, drained
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) Can Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 18 oz. Bottle Barbecue Sauce

Step 1
Place steak and potatoes in slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add pepper, onion, and pineapple; cover with barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until steak and vegetables are tender.
