Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tea. chili powder
- 4 tea. canola oil
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tea. pepper
- 2 beef flank steaks (1 lb. each)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the first seven ingredients; spread oven both sides of steaks. Place in a large zip lock bag; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Oil grill rack. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness (med-rare 145 degrees, medium 160 degrees).
Let steaks stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain.
