Chicken Breast Recipes

Ingredients

  • Stir-fry it.
  • Poach it.
  • to 160°F, 15 chicken breast tender and moist. Bring water to a low boil; for flavor, add garlic, onion, or herbs. Add chicken breast and simmer until thermometer registers 160°F, about 15 minutes.
  • Nuggetize it.
  • to 425°F. 1 1/2 2" 12 to 15 425°F. Cut 1 1/2 lb chicken breast into 2" nuggets. Dip each into flour, egg, and toasted panko bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake until cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
