Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Cocoa
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbs. vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa
- 1 3/4 Cup Hot Tap Water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in greased 9" square pan. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
