German Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
• Dash Pepper
• 2 Tbs. Vinegar
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 Cup Cucumbers or Onions, thinly sliced
• 2-3 Slices Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
• 4 Boiled Potatoes, cut in chunks
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, salt, dry mustard, pepper, vinegar, sour cream, cucumber or onion, and bacon pieces. Pour over warm potatoes and toss lightly until coated with dressing. Serve warm with a dash of paprika.
