Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- Dash Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Vinegar
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Cucumbers or Onions, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Slices Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
- 4 Boiled Potatoes, cut in chunks
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, salt, dry mustard, pepper, vinegar, sour cream, cucumber or onion, and bacon pieces. Pour over warm potatoes and toss lightly until coated with dressing. Serve warm with a dash of paprika.
