Ingredients
- 1 Medium Heat Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Bacon Drippings
- 3 Tbs. Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Wash cabbage and core. Cut cabbage in 1 1/4" squares. Saute cabbage in bacon drippings, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute. Cabbage should be tender and crisp but not wilted or cooked through. Salt and pepper then stir in sour cream.
