Cheese Krispies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1/2 lb. Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Step 1

Mix soft butter, cheese, flour and Rice Krispies. Knead dough. Pinch off small amount of dough and shape in marble size pieces. Place on cookie sheet and press each piece with a fork to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
