Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Bacon, cooked crisp
- 2 Tbs. Drippings
- 2 Cups Toasted Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Cup Grated Swiss Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble half of bacon slices with bread crumbs and drippings.. Place into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add tomato slices. Combine seasonings and sprinkle on top. Top with grated cheese. Beat egg and milk together; pour over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Place remaining slices of cheese on top; bake an additional 5-8 minutes. Whole canned tomatoes may be used.
