Imitation Crab Salad

Ingredients

• 24 oz shell macaroni
• 2 8-oz cream cheese
• 3 c sour cream
• 4 c Miracle Whip
• 2 pkgs Hidden Valley Ranch "Party Mix"
• 1/2 c sugar
• 4-6 chopped green onions
• 2 3-oz pkgs Imitation crab meat, cut into 1/4 in pieces.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Miracle Whip, Party Mix and sugar together until well blended.

Mix chopped onions, macaroni and crab meat into cream cheese mixture.

Chill for 8 hours before serving.
