Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 4-oz c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 c sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 pkg (8-oz) imitation crabmeat
  • 1 green onion with top (about 1/4 c thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 c toasted sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and garlic.

Add cheese and mix well until blended.

Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of microwaveable pan.

Spoon sweet and sour sauce over cream cheese mixture.

Coarsely chop crabmeat and sprinkle evenly over sauce.

Microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until outside edges of dip are bubbly and dip is heated through.

Thinly slice green onions and sprinkle dip with these and almonds.

Serve warm. Yields 16 servings.
