Ingredients

• 1 Cup sugar
• 3/4 cup shortening (I use butter)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Refrigerate (at least an hour)

Roll out and cut into shapes

Cook 6-8 min at 400 degrees
