- 1 frozen white bread dough
- 1 egg
- 1 8-oz pepperoni, chopped
- 1 8-oz Mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 c Parmesan cheese
Thaw bread dough at room temp until soft.
Mix egg, pepperoni, Moz, and Parmesan cheese together.
Roll out soft bread dough into 12 x 12 square and spread pepperoni and cheese mixture evenly over dough.
Roll bread from one side to the other.
Pinch and tuck ends to seal.
Place loaf on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
Cool and slice thin. Yields 15-20 appetizers.
