Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 cup fesh tangerine juice
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablepoons oilve oil
- 2 tablespoons orange peel
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 2 cups tangerine juice
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tangerine zest
- 2 teaspoons minced chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk first 9 ingredients and marinate chicken 4 hours.
Prepare glaze - boil juice, honey, soy and reduce to 2/3 cup, about 20 min. mix in zest and chipotle.
Heat grill, discard marinate, season chicken. Grill about 20 min brush with glaze.
