Cooking Frozen Meat

This is a wonderful recipe for cooking frozen meat. It works so well! You'll be surprised at how easy it is to cook frozen meat.

Ingredients

  • Frozen beef roast OR
  • Frozen chicken breasts OR
  • Frozen pork roast
  • Spices that you like putting on your particular meat.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 250. Wrap frozen meat in tin foil and place in a roasting pan. Bake for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, open foil and season meat with rubs, spices, etc. Re-cover with foil and roast 2-3 hours more.

I've made pork roasts this way and they turn out so tender and juicy!
