A creamy Cilantro Dressing. This tastes like El Pollo Loco's famous dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/3 c. whole milk
- 4 tsp. finley minced cilantro
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp. finely minced onion
- 1 \2 tsp. salt
- 1 \8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 \8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 \8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and cill. Makes 1 1\4 cups.
Great on sliced chicken breast, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, tortilla strips and cotija cheese.
