Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 split chicken breasts, approx 2+ lbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pkt dry Italian seasoning mix
  • 1 c dry white wine or cooking wine

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Italian seasoning and wine until smooth in crock-pot. Remove skins from chicken. Fold chicken into soup mixture. Cook on low 6hrs. Cut and/or shred chicken off bone and stir in gravy mixture. Serve chicken and creamy gravy over rice.
