Individual Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

• 3 8 oz cream cheese
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cheese and sugar, vanilla, add eggs 1 at a time. Put vanilla wafer in muffin paper cup. Fill 3/4 with cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Top with sour cream bake 2 minutes.
