Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) Can Red Salmon, drained
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tb. Grated Onion
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Cornflake Crumbs
- 1 Medium Potato, cooked and diced

Step 1
Mix all ingredients well but lightly. Form into small egg shaped patties and fry in 1/4" deep vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
