- 3 c chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can French cut green beans, drained
- 1 pkg Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice, cooked as directed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients.
Bake in large casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Can be made ahead of time, frozen and then baked.
