CINNAMON ORNAMENTS

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup applesauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Roll 1/8 - 1/4 inch thin or thinner on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut ornaments with cookie cutters. Remove dough from in between ornaments. Re-roll and cut. Make a small hole in top of ornament for a ribbon hanger if desired. Let dry 4 to 5 days uncovered. Makes 25 small or 18 medium ornaments.
