Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oreos crumbs (24)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup marg. melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetedned can milk
- 2/3 cup chocolate syrup (up to 2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp hot water
- 1 cup (1/2 pink) whipping cream, whipped)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and marg. In buttered 9x13 pan, pat crumbs in bottom and up sides. Chill. In mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy, add milk and syrup. In small bowl, dissole coffee in water and add to cheese mixture. Mix well. fold in whipped ream. Pour into crumbs. Cover and freeze 6 hours. Garnish with crumbs if desired.
