Ingredients

  • 8 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • Red pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tomatoes and onions in small pieces. Add spices, sugar and vinegar. Cook until as thick as you desire it.
