Ingredients
- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 3 onions
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups vinegar
- Red pepper to taste

Step 1
Cut tomatoes and onions in small pieces. Add spices, sugar and vinegar. Cook until as thick as you desire it.
