Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Gently combine all ingredients, seasoning to taste.
2. Form into 4 patties, grill until done!
Notes: Used 2 cloves garlic, parmesan cheese instead of Gruyere.
