Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon fillet (500 g)
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange salmon in 8-inch baking dish.
Melt butter, stir in maple syrup, Dijon mustard and soy sauce. Pour over salmon.
Bake until salmon flakes with a fork, about 12 minutes.
