Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 4 tilapia fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oven to 425°F.
Spray a nonstick baking pan with cooking oil or line with parchment paper.
Place the pecans in a small, nonstick frying pan and toast over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until golden and fragrant. Stir in the honey, maple syrup and butter. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour half the sauce over the tilapia on the baking pan.
Reheat the remaining sauce and serve with fish.
