Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped roma tomatoes 6-8
- 2 tbspns diced red onion
- 1 lg clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbspns chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbspn olive oil
- 1/2 tspn red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tspn s & P
- french baguette slices
Preparation
Step 1
combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and basil in a medium bowl. Add 1/2 tbspn of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve over toasted baguette slices
