Ingredients
- Garlic (how ever many cloves you want) ~chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream (I used half & half)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil or in some butter in a saucepan.
Add the cream & butter & heat over medium heat until almost boiling, but do not boil.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and stir until melted.
Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes & season with salt & pepper.
Remove from heat & serve over pasta.
