Garlic (how ever many cloves you want) ~chopped
cup heavy cream (I used half & half)
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
salt & pepper to taste
Saute the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil or in some butter in a saucepan. Add the cream & butter & heat over medium heat until almost boiling, but do not boil. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and stir until melted. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes & season with salt & pepper. Remove from heat & serve over pasta.
