Ingredients
- 1 Sour Cream White Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup poppy seeds
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1-8oz container extra creamy whipped topping

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box and stir in poppy seeds. Bake according to box directions for pan size used. Cool cake completely.
Custard:
Combine egg yolks, sugar, margarine, vanilla, and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened. Cool custard and spread over cake.
Topping:
Spread extra creamy whipped topping over top of custard.
