Creme De Menthe Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brownie mix
  • 2 pkgs Ande mints or
  • 2 c. Ande baking chips
  • 1 T creme de Menthe liquor

Preparation

Step 1

Grease bttom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Prepare brownie mix as directed on pkg. Add liquor. Bake as directed. Once cooked immediatley place Andes on surface of hot brownies. Allow to stand 2 to 3 minbutes or until candies are melted. Usng knife or metal spatula stir together melted Andes to cover the entire surface of brownies. Cool 2 hours until slightly set. Cut into bars.
