Ingredients
- 4-5 T. of Dried Tomato and Pesto prepared with the olive oil and water
- 2 Pounds of boneless chicken bread cut up into strips
- 2 large sweet onions
- 16 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag of Fresh Spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Place the first 3 ingrediatns in a large sauce pan and saute slowly unitl chicken is no longer pink. Add the mushrooms, then spinach. I served this with frsh steamed brocoli and a corn and black bean side dish
