Ingredients
- 1 small bag of brussel sprouts
- 1 TBSP sliced fresh garlic
- 1-2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP Sliced Almonds
- 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
1-2 TBSP of olive oil to saute pan.
Slice brussel sprouts in half and place cut side down in pan add garlic and almonds. Cook over medium heat until cut side down is slightly brown.
Turn oven on 400. When brussel sprouts are done to your liking place on a lined baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes. Garlic will darken and almonds will roast. Take out of oven immediately and drizzle balsamic glaze over brussel sprouts, mix and serve.
