Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons brandy

Step 1
In a medium pot with high sides over hi heat, warm the sugar. When sugar melts and •egins to turn a dark amber color, remove from heat, and add cream. Mixture will bubble up rapidly. Let tand for 5 minutes without stirring. Add the brand and stir until smooth. Let cool before serving.
