Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients
- Cinnamon filling:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/3 c water
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix well & set aside.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Sift together the first 7 ingredients, blend well and set aside.
Beat together the eggs, bananas & pumpkin until smooth. Add the sugars and beat well.
Add the vanilla, oil & water.
Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat til well mixed.
Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the batter evenly.
Pour the remaining batter over the top.
Bake 1 hour (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
