Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Process avocado, lime juice and hot red pepper sauce in food processor til smooth. Scrape into serving bowl and beat in sour cream and salt to taste. Serve at room temperature (can prep in advance. Refrigerate with plastic wrap directly on the surface).
