Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c sliced green onions
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 4-6 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef. Combine tomatoes, seasonings, onions, olives and meat. Layer sauce, tortilla, sauce and cheese - 3 times - in a pie plate. End with cheese on top. Cook @425, 30 min, uncovered.
